Every invention, every product, every brand starts as a picture in someone's head. For a hundred years the tools to get that picture out — sketchpads, moodboards, portfolios — belonged to trained designers. The rest of us guessed, described, gestured wildly at napkins.

Pinterest.ai exists to close that gap. We combine the discovery loop that made Pinterest so useful with modern generative AI, so anyone who can describe an idea can see it in seconds, iterate on it, and share it with the world.

We're a small, opinionated team that ships fast. We believe great tools should be free to try, transparent about what they do, and quietly powerful. And we believe the next wave of inventors and micro-brands won't come from design schools — they'll come from garages, kitchens and coffee shops with an idea and an internet connection.
